Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday through Saturday).

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or major holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 5. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 4000 Rs.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email or SMS containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Parisa Jewellers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged Packages

• If your jewelry arrives damaged or broken due to transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at sales@parisajewellers.com so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
